Vlora is located 140 kilometers southwest of Tirana (a 2-hour drive), in the Bay of Valona, at the Strait of Otranto, which separates the Adriatic Sea from the Ionian Sea.
Vlora International Airport will open in the fall of 2025 (about a 30-minute drive to reach the apartment).
